Down under here in New Zealand I’m noticing the buds on the trees, the later sunset times, the lighter feel in the air…. But while the rain still falls and the clouds are still dark during the day, we can still feel the hibernation energies calling us inward inviting us into our deeper nature… to un-pattern and release those obsolete ways of being before we step out of our caves into a fabulous hot and playful summer. And of course the opposite is happening for my Northern Hemisphere brothers and sisters. Can you feel yourself yet slowing down, feeling the call to draw inward? Perhaps not quite??! 😉
But here the deeper, darker energies of winter prevail, where altho we see the signs of spring emerging, we still have much wet ‘n wild to come, and the mind perhaps plays the games that taunt us into feeling like we’re getting nowhere…. But we are. Perhaps for those in the Northern Hemisphere the idea of facing the darker realms of the inner winter is begining to create some trepidation?
Well if something is “up”, and let’s face it, regardless of what season we are in, much is up…. but’ it’s up because it is leaving. So let it leave. It doesn’t mean you are broken, or you need fixing. You might need some reassurance of that being the case, so let me assure you, you are not broken. You never actually have been. You’ve likely been running a belief that you are or that something is wrong with you, especially if you’ve been on the path of self inquiry for a while, but truly, you are not broken, and you do not need any fixing.
If it’s “up” tho we tend to make up stories about why what is up is up… about that thing that happened when we were 5 or that family dynamic that keeps repeating. But if you’re feeling like you’re in a story like that…. you’re not as in it as you think. You are purifying…. burning off… the shit that doesn’t actually want, or need, to keep recycling. You are in a phase of purification and it is un-patterning you—be careful not to make more stories up to fill in the empty feeling you may be beginning to feel because you no longer have the feeling that something is wrong or broken about you. Instead you are simply emptying yourself out of all that was keeping you from tuning into the song of your inner purity. There’s a specific tune you sing from the inside out that aligns you with the purity of who you are. When you can hear that song, that only you can hear and know, you imbibe the frequencies of a life path in it’s natural and pure flow.
I have spent years helping people reprogram their subconscious minds…. but what I’m now realizing is that there is nothing to reprogram, not by me anyway. Your own Connection to Source is what will do that for you. You don’t need any one else to help you with that. All you might need is someone to assist you in embodying your Source Connection who can show you the ways in which you can get out of the way of you not being connected to your Source!
